Carlisle: Nesmith suffered a knee sprain and will miss at least four weeks
6686 Sports November 16th NBA regular season, the Pacers will face the Raptors at home today.
In the pre-game interview, Pacers coach Carlisle talked about Nesmith's injury: "He is currently listed on the injured list due to a sprained left knee. He will be absent for at least four weeks. However, this is relatively very, very good news. He is now without protective gear and can walk normally. I said it is likely to be absent for four weeks, which does not mean that he will not return to the game early, but it is not yet completely certain. In short, he is recovering very well, and the news is very good. Very positive. This is not a serious horrific injury at all, just an ordinary sprain."
At the same time, Carlisle also updated Marcelin's recovery: "We conducted a simulated game practice this morning, and he completed some project exercises in the preparation activities, so he is developing in a good direction."
In the last game against the Suns, Nesmith stepped on a teammate during the game and injured his knee and exited the game. Marcelin suffered a right thumb sprain in the second game of the season and has missed 10 games.
