6686 Sports News on November 6th The Trail Blazers officially announced that guard Blake Wesley successfully underwent surgery today to repair a fracture at the base of the fifth metatarsal bone in his right foot.
Wesley will begin recovery treatment immediately and is expected to be sidelined for 8 to 12 weeks.
Before the injury, Wesley played in 6 games, averaging 16.3 minutes per game, scoring 6 points, 2.3 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.7 interceptions, shooting 41.2% from the field and 20% from the three-point range.
