6686 Sports, November 13 According to a report from De Sky, the Signal Iduna Park, the home stadium of Bundesliga team Borussia Dortmund, is almost full every game this season, and the beer sales at the game are surprising.
The media analyzed that the Iduna Signal Park competition venue can accommodate up to 81,365 spectators, which poses a huge challenge to the team's logistical support. According to the announcement at the competition venue, half a liter of beer costs 4.9 euros and a bratwurst costs 3.5 euros.
Zeput, Dortmund’s director of public catering and logistics director Uhlenbruch, said that more than 1,000 catering service staff will ensure that fans can drink 60,000 to 62,500 liters of beer in each game. In other words, Dortmund’s beer sales at each home team stadium will reach about 600,000 euros, which is astonishing. Calculated based solely on the 17 home teams in the Bundesliga, Dortmund’s beer sales at home games in the entire season will exceed 10 million euros.
