Slovenia official: Seseško is unable to compete and practice due to injury and will miss this month’s World Cup preliminaries
6686 Sports November 11th: The Slovenian national team officially announced the injury status of team forward Sheszko and confirmed that he will not be able to participate in the next two World Cup preliminaries.
In the 11th round of the Premier League match between Manchester United and Tottenham, Sheshko suffered a knee injury after coming on as a reserve player and was unable to persist and was forced to leave the field.
Now the Slovenian national team officially stated that the team has received a complete medical examination report from Manchester United Football Club. The results show that Sheszko is currently unable to participate in practices and competitions. He will continue to recover and receive health treatment and will undergo re-examination in the near future.
Under such circumstances, Sesko will regret not being able to participate in the Slovenia team's two key World Cup qualifying games in November. The national team official wishes him a speedy recovery and a return to the competition as soon as possible.
