Shams: Clippers guard Beal will have surgery for hip fracture and is out for the season

Mark Bartelstein, Bill's agent of US media Priority Sports, said: "In the past few days, we have cooperated with doctors and experts across the country, and the Clippers' medical team, and we have unanimously decided that surgery can make Bill fully healthy."
Bill played 6 games this season, averaging 8.2 points per game. He was waived by the Suns during the offseason and joined the Clippers for $10.97 million in 2 years.
